Among picturesque crescents of world famous Notting Hill district of West London, VID Construction had completed refurbishment of two flats in five story listed property. Client entrusted our team with bringing new shine to uniquely set ground floor flat, with bathrooms, patios and garden. Second story flat required refurbishment of all spaces and construction of new loft space. VID Construction had to respond to list strictest of the requirements, which include among other, limited noise pollution and working hours, listed building inspections and guidance and safeguarding and protecting health and well-being of most famous resident of the building: Japanese Wisteria of Notting Hill.
Coal Vaults had been adapted to feature full size bath. Challenging conclave walls had been specified as Bautech Microcement finish. Thanks to extensive expertise on applying those materials our specialist team of installers had deliver world class execution.
From basement to roof, VID Construction had managed to fulfil project scope within programme and budget, responding to financial constraint of the project with professionalism and courtesy. Pinnacle of the building had been crowned with new kitchen and dinning room with stunning view of St. Johns church.
Ground floor kitchen featured coarse basalt finish on island and counter tops.
